In an era of rapid technological evolution, Zhang Wenchuan believes that true competitiveness no longer lies in isolated skills, but in the ability to understand systems, harness tools, and optimize outcomes. Founder of the WIRTUNE I&T ecosystem and organizer of the WICC community, he contributes to several CCF committees on big data and vocational education and is a member of the Sichuan Software Industry Association’s Digital Expert Database. He is dedicated to advancing open-source innovation and its industrial adoption, and actively engages in global technology forums and industry summits to promote the convergence of artificial intelligence, automation, and data science.
